About me

I’ve been a homeopath in east London since I qualified in 2007. I currently work from my studio in Bow.

I’m a lecturer at the Southern College of Homeopathy and write for professional homeopathy journals and online publications.

I first came to London as a student and loved the diversity of the East End so it’s where I’ve made my home. My grandmother’s family lived in Clerkenwell so I have family ties here.

I live with my family who all do their best to run rings around me! Taking our whippet for a walk in Victoria Park is one of my favourite things to do.

We also have a cat who is secretly in charge of all of us!

Our small allotment near the Olympic Park is a haven where we grow our own fruit and veg.

I love to make things with my hands. I knit socks and design and sew quilts.

I’ve done yoga since I was in my twenties, and I love sauna and wild swimming when I get the chance.

  • I cannot recommend Tracy enough. Within 3 months of meeting her, I have seen significant improvements in my health and overall wellbeing. She is naturally empathetic and has a very professional, attentive and thorough approach.

  • Tracy helped me realise my body wasn’t being abnormal, but prioritising healing itself after a decade of contraceptives (and the impacts to my internal systems, liver, et al). I feel healthier, detoxed, and more connected to myself than ever in my life (and my skin looks fantastic).

  • Cured my hayfever which I have been suffering severely from. I’ve tried everything, including injections and nothing worked as well as this. I don’t know how she did it but it happened. Magic.

  • Tracy is a really warm and caring person and a great therapist. She treats holistically so you feel that she gets to the root of issues and anticipates what you need without you even realising.

  • Tracy has helped me massively with OCD and anxiety. I made huge life choices while I was with Tracy and I think some of the courage I found was down to Tracy and homeopathy.

  • I was looking for someone to help me identify, and solve, the ‘abnormal’ hormonal fluctuations I was experiencing (sudden acne, abnormal periods, and painful cramps)… and Tracy was the perfect guide for me: intelligent, compassionate, and intuitive.
