Four ways to feel less tired

It’s practically normal to be ‘busy’, ‘stressed’, ‘overwhelmed’ or simply plain exhausted these days. There’s a lot to understand from a biological perspective, but in my view, it’s important to understand that what you do every day adds up over time.

My feelings about screens

Screens are one of the causes of stress which makes your body feel you’re in ‘fight or flight’ mode. When it’s happening all day every day, it’s really not great and tends to show up in our hormones, immunity and even our digestion and skin.

Successful pregnancy after miscarriage

Miscarriage is still a huge taboo and women carry a huge burden of guilt and responsibility when it happens to them. Simple things to enjoy

I’m not going anywhere this weekend but I don’t mind. A long weekend at home can feel like a holiday too. Having three whole days off is such a treat. If I’m honest, looking after myself is not always as high on the list of priorities as it should be. Taking care of my home is something I enjoy but don’t always have enough time for. This weekend they are the main things on my agenda.
